HORD welcomes all volunteers. We believe everyone possesses a skill that can somehow benefit our community. As a volunteer your presence alone inspires hope.
If you choose to become a HORD volunteer, the organization will provide transport to and from Kampala, a private room in a village home and ample local food. As a volunteer you will need to purchase bottled drinking water and you may also want to purchase sodas and snacks. We estimate that our volunteers spend less than $5 each day.
Volunteers may determine the length of their stay.
